Terms of Sales
We undertake to reimburse you or exchange products that do not correspond to your order (defective or non-compliant). You must inform us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt of your order.
On any complaint, the customer will indicate his contact details, the order number, the product references and the reasons for the complaint. Any complaint made outside this deadline cannot be accepted.

Biocam reserves the right to cancel the workshop up to 24 hours in advance if the number of participants is less than 3 people. In the event of cancellation, you will be fully refunded the course amount. You may also choose to postpone this course to a later date.
Our workshops constitute services offered on a specific date and time. There is therefore no right of withdrawal after the actual reservation of a workshop (whether this is made in store or on our website). Anyone who has booked a workshop is informed that they cannot be refunded. Postponing a registration for another workshop is however possible if you notify us at least 14 days before the date of the workshop.
COVID 19: in the event of re-containment, reservations can be postponed. Please note that in the event of cancellations due to positive covid 19 or contact cases, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to be able to postpone your registration to a later date. Below this deadline, no refund or postponement will be applicable.
In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of fourteen days from the day after receipt of his order to return the products ordered at his own expense without particular reason (date of receipt as proof). The customer must, however, notify his withdrawal in advance by mail (by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt) or by email, specifying the order number and the product(s) concerned. You can find our contact details in the contact tab of our website.
For the refund of an order or product to be validated, the goods must not be used, opened, soiled, damaged and in their original packaging (including any possible accessories such as instructions, technical documentation, etc.). Once the products have been returned and checked, the refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days by bank transfer.
In the case of a partial return of an order with free delivery (see paragraph “Delivery”), the amount of shipping costs calculated for the delivery of the products kept by the customer will be deducted from the reimbursement.
In accordance with the Belgian law of December 8, 1992 relating to the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, modified by the law of December 11, 1998, users are informed that they have a right access, rectification of personal information concerning them and a right of opposition. These rights can be exercised upon simple written request to Biocam.
Users of the site are required to respect the Belgian law of December 8, 1992 amended by the law of December 11, 1998. In addition, they must refrain, with regard to the information to which they access, from any collection, capture, distortion or use and, in general, any act likely to harm the privacy or reputation of individuals.
The customer places his order on the biocam.be website by following the procedure indicated to him. Biocam.be's automatic recording systems are considered proof of the nature, content and date of the order. Confirmation of the online order constitutes an electronic signature which has, between Biocam and the customer, the same legal value as a handwritten signature.
The sale will only be concluded upon confirmation of the order by Biocam. Biocam reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, in particular relating to the supply of products, a problem concerning the order (e.g.: order with abnormal quantities or amount) or a foreseeable problem regarding the delivery to be made. Biocam will inform the customer by any means. Any new order can only be taken into account after regular payment by the customer of any sums due for previous orders.
Each order is confirmed by email within 24 hours of placing the order. This confirmation includes a summary of the order; information relating to after-sales services and any existing commercial guarantees; where applicable, a paid payment invoice subject to acceptance of the banking transaction by the customer's bank.
The prices displayed for the products are indicated in EURO and all taxes included. The prices displayed on the website www.greenmeow.be at the time of the order are valid. Biocam reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. A subsequent change in price will under no circumstances result in a refund of the difference.
The prices displayed do not include delivery costs which are the responsibility of the customer (in certain cases free, see conditions) and are calculated when ordering. The calculation of delivery costs is carried out according to the information on the place of delivery provided by the customer.
Delivery costs to Belgium are free for all orders over €59.
The availability of our products is always displayed in an indicative manner. Biocam cannot be held responsible in the event of a product being out of stock. If a product is found to be unavailable after validation of the order, Biocam will offer a replacement product or a refund of the order if the restocking time does not suit the customer.
