Refund Policy

We undertake to refund or exchange products that do not correspond to your order (defective or non-compliant). You must inform us by e-mail at info@psychestore.be within 3 days of receiving your order.

In any complaint, the customer will indicate their contact details, the order number, the product references and the reasons for the complaint. Any complaint made outside this period will not be accepted.

WORKSHOPS:

Psyché reserves the right to cancel the workshop up to 24 hours in advance if the number of participants is less than 3 people. In case of cancellation, you will be fully refunded the amount of the course. You can also choose to postpone this course to a later date.

Our workshops are services offered on a specific date and time. There is therefore no right of withdrawal after the actual booking of a workshop (whether this is done in store or on our website). Anyone who has booked a workshop is informed that they will not be able to be reimbursed. However, it is possible to postpone a registration for another workshop if you notify us at least 14 days before the date of the workshop.

Our workshop places are only valid within the limit of available places. If, despite our vigilance, a workshop presented on the site turns out to be unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible. In this case, we will be able to provide a product of equivalent quality and price. If we fail to make use of this option, you will be reimbursed as soon as possible.

COVID 19: in case of re-containment, reservations are postponed. Please note that in case of cancellations due to positive covid 19 or contact case, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to be able to postpone your registration to a later date. Below this deadline, no refund or postponement will be applicable.

E-SHOP:

In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of fourteen days from the day after receipt of his order to return the products ordered at his own expense without any particular reason (date of receipt being authentic). The customer must however notify his withdrawal in advance by mail (by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt) or by email, specifying the order number and the product(s) concerned. You can find our contact details in the contact tab of our website.

For the refund of an order or a product to be validated, the goods must not be used, opened, soiled, damaged and in their original packaging (including any accessories such as instructions, technical documentation, etc.). Once the products have been returned and checked, the refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days by bank transfer.

In the case of a partial return of an order with free delivery (see paragraph “Delivery”), the amount of shipping costs calculated for the delivery of the products kept by the customer will be deducted from the refund.

Responsibility

The Buyer is informed that Psyché's liability, whatever the nature of the damage, will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order.

In the event of non-performance, Psyché shall not be held liable if the non-performance of the sales contract or its poor performance is attributable either to the Buyer, or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party not involved in the sale, or to a case of force majeure.

Furthermore, Psyché cannot be held responsible for any damage whatsoever, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the item sold.

Psyché is in no way responsible for interruptions in access to its site and the consequences that may result.

Psyché can never be held responsible for any damage or temporary or permanent incident that may be caused to the user's data or computer equipment when accessing the site or visiting its pages or generally during the transmission to their receiving device of the files and software that make up the site. In particular, Psyché is not responsible for the possible transmission of viruses through its site.

Psyché is not responsible for the fraudulent use of its means of dissemination and declines all responsibility in the event of intrusion into its computer systems and theft of data, it being understood that Psyché implements the useful means to prevent such illicit intrusions.

Web spaces outside the domain of the address http://www.psychestore.be and, in particular, spaces to which the user may be directed by means of hypertext links are the sole responsibility of the owners of these web spaces.

Privacy Policy

In accordance with the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, amended by the law of 11 December 1998, users are informed that they have a right of access, rectification of personal information concerning them and a right of opposition. These rights can be exercised upon simple written request to Psyché.

Users of the site are required to comply with the Belgian law of 8 December 1992, amended by the law of 11 December 1998. In addition, they must refrain, with regard to the information they access, from any collection, capture, distortion or use and, in general, from any act likely to infringe on the privacy or reputation of individuals.

Shipping Policy

Order :

The customer places his order on the biocam.be website by following the procedure indicated to him. Psyché's automatic recording systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. The confirmation of the online order constitutes an electronic signature which has, between Psyché and the customer, the same legal value as a handwritten signature.

The sale will only be concluded upon confirmation of the order by Psyché. Psyché reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, in particular relating to the supply of products, a problem concerning the order (e.g.: order with abnormal quantities or amount) or a foreseeable problem concerning the delivery to be made. Psyché will inform the customer by any means. Any new order may only be taken into account after regular payment by the customer of any sums due for their previous orders.

Each order is confirmed by email within 24 hours of placing the order. This confirmation includes a summary of the order; information on after-sales services and any existing commercial guarantees; where applicable, a payment invoice paid subject to acceptance of the banking transaction by the customer's bank.

Price :

The displayed prices of the products are indicated in EURO and all taxes included. The prices displayed on the site www.greenmeow.be at the time of the order are valid. Psyché reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. A subsequent change of price will not result in a refund of the difference under any circumstances.
The prices displayed do not include delivery costs which are the responsibility of the customer (in some cases offered, see conditions) and are calculated when ordering. The calculation of delivery costs is carried out according to the information on the place of delivery provided by the customer.

Delivery costs to Belgium are free for all orders over €80.

Availability :

The availability of our products is always displayed for information purposes only. Psyché cannot be held responsible in the event of a product being out of stock. If a product is found to be unavailable after the order has been validated, Psyché will offer a replacement product or a refund of the order if the restocking time is not convenient for the customer.
