In this workshop, you will learn how to create a piece of jewelry that carries meaning and intentions. Here is how the workshop will unfold:

1. **Initial Meditation**: We will begin with a meditation to reconnect with your deep essence. You will probe your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies to identify your specific needs.

2. **Decoding Information**: After the meditation, I will decode the information collected as well as the virtues of the stones for each participant. This will allow you to choose the stones best suited to your needs.

3. **Jewelry Creation**: You will design and create your own talisman jewelry, with my help throughout the process.

4. **Anchoring Meditation**: Once the jewel is finished, we will do a second meditation to anchor your intentions and needs into the jewel. Thus, it will become an energetic resource for you on a daily basis.
