Discover Facial Yoga and Gua Sha self-massage during an exclusive 1.5-hour workshop.
This unique workshop is led by Estelle from Stellastudio.be, a passionate body and face yoga teacher.
The workshop process:
* Introduction to the practice: We will begin with a presentation of the principles of facial yoga and its many benefits for the body and mind.
* Conscious breathing: Some breathing exercises to refocus, calm the mind and prepare the body for relaxation.
* Gentle and invigorating movements: You will learn simple and targeted gestures to:
– Relax muscles and reduce accumulated tension.
– Brighten your complexion thanks to better blood circulation.
– Tone and sculpt the contours of your face while promoting smoother, firmer skin.
* Introduction to Gua Sha: We will end with a self-massage with Gua Sha, an ancestral stone tool. You will learn the right gestures to integrate this practice into your daily routine and reap lasting benefits: reduced tension, brighter skin and a feeling of overall well-being.
Practical information:
Gua Sha tools will be provided during the workshop. If you wish to extend the experience at home, the accessories will be offered for sale at a special price.
