The workshop process:
During this workshop Kaat will introduce you toVisible Mending, a sustainable way to decoratively repair clothing and textiles.You will get to work on a garment or piece of textile(e.g. kitchen towel, tote bag) you brought yourself that could use some mending. Kaat will give some background information and show different mending techniques and review which technique is appropriate for your project.Relaxation and satisfaction with your own result are paramount. No experience or prior knowledge is necessary.

Kaat is a freelance creator based in Brussels and passionate about crafts, textiles and color. She organizes creative workshops, makes custom textile work and handcrafts and teaches sewing classes in evening school.
